Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of RunYourHub, a business management platform for service businesses and independent professionals, available at app.runyourhub.com. By creating an account or using RunYourHub, you agree to these Terms.

RunYourHub is currently operated by Paulo Carreira, an individual established in Portugal. RunYourHub is the commercial name of the software service.

1. The service

RunYourHub provides tools for service businesses to manage bookings and scheduling, a calendar, customer records, messaging with clients over Instagram and WhatsApp, online payments and booking deposits, and related business management tools, as currently available in the application.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. An account is created for a business ("tenant"); the business owner can invite team members ("staff") with their own access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

3. Your business's own customers

If you use RunYourHub to message your own clients over Instagram or WhatsApp, or to collect their booking and contact information, you are responsible for having the appropriate basis and consent to contact them and to process their data, and for complying with applicable law (including Meta's and WhatsApp's own platform policies) in how you use those channels. RunYourHub provides the tools; how you use them with your own clients is your responsibility as the business.

4. Payments

Online payments and booking deposits are processed through Stripe. Card and payment details are handled directly by Stripe; RunYourHub does not store full card numbers. Using payment features may also require you to accept Stripe's own terms as a connected account.

Prices, billing frequency, applicable taxes and any trial conditions are presented to the customer before a paid subscription is started. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable. Customers may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation options available in the service.

5. Third-party services

RunYourHub integrates with third-party services — including Stripe, Google Calendar, Meta (Instagram and WhatsApp), and AI providers used to generate optional reply suggestions — to provide certain features. Your use of those features is also subject to the respective third party's own terms. RunYourHub is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services outside our control.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RunYourHub to: violate applicable law; send unsolicited or abusive messages; misuse the messaging integrations in a way that breaches Meta's or WhatsApp's platform policies; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform; or use the service to process data you are not entitled to process.

7. Intellectual property

RunYourHub and its branding, design and underlying software remain the property of RunYourHub. Data you enter into the platform (your business information, your customers' information, bookings, messages) remains yours; we process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using RunYourHub, or cancel your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform's integrations in a way that puts the service or other users at risk. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@runyourhub.com. Retention and deletion of data after your account is closed is subject to our Privacy Policy and to applicable legal obligations.

9. Disclaimers

RunYourHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while the product continues to be developed. Except where expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement, no specific uptime or service level commitment (SLA) is provided. Maintenance, updates and occasional interruptions of the service may occur.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RunYourHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or other legally imperative rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence, where applicable. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal, except where mandatory rules require a different jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated review date.
